Solutions for common issues and error messages in Airmail Drag.

Quick Fixes

Before diving into specific issues, try these general troubleshooting steps:

  1. Refresh the page

    - Many issues are resolved by a simple refresh
  2. Check your internet connection

    - Airmail Drag requires an active connection
  3. Clear your browser cache

    - Old cached data can cause issues
  4. Try a different browser

    - Some issues are browser-specific
  5. Log out and log back in

    - Refreshes your session

Common Issues

"Failed to fetch" Error

This usually indicates a network connection issue:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Clear browser cache and try again

"Too many attempts" Error

This is a security feature to prevent unauthorized access. Wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact support if you believe this is an error.

Can't Register for Tournament

Check that:

  • Registration is still open
  • The tournament isn't full
  • You're logged in
  • You haven't already registered

Games Showing as "Queued"

This is normal behavior! When there are more games than available courts, games are queued and automatically assigned as courts become available. Simply wait for active games to complete.

Live Scores Not Updating

If you don't see live updates:

  • Check for the 🔴 LIVE indicator
  • Refresh the page to re-establish the connection
  • Check your internet connection
