Can't Log In

Wrong Password

If you're getting "invalid credentials":

1. Double-check your email address is correct
2. Make sure Caps Lock is not on

"Too Many Attempts" Error

This security feature activates after multiple failed login attempts:

• Wait 15 minutes before trying again
• Use "Forgot Password" to reset your password
• Contact support if you believe this is an error
