Why Verify?

Email verification helps us:

  • Confirm you have access to the email address
  • Enable password recovery if you forget your password
  • Send important tournament notifications
  • Protect your account from unauthorized access

Verification Steps

  1. Check Your Inbox

    After registering, look for an email from Airmail Drag with the subject "Verify your email address" or similar.

  2. Click the Verification Link

    Open the email and click the verification link. This will open Airmail Drag and confirm your email.

  3. Confirmation

    You'll see a success message confirming your email has been verified.

Check Your Spam Folder

If you don't see the verification email in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Some email providers may filter automated emails.

Didn't Receive the Email?

If you haven't received the verification email:

  1. Wait a few minutes

    - Email delivery can sometimes be delayed

  2. Check spam/junk folders

    - The email might have been filtered

  3. Verify your email address

    - Make sure you entered it correctly during registration

  4. Request a new email

    - You can request another verification email from your profile settings

Verification Link Issues

Link Expired

Verification links expire after a certain period for security reasons. If your link has expired, request a new verification email from your profile settings.

Link Not Working

If clicking the link doesn't work:

  • Try copying and pasting the full link into your browser
  • Make sure you're using a supported browser
  • Clear your browser cache and try again

Can I Use the App Without Verifying?

Yes! You can use most Airmail Drag features immediately after registration. However, we recommend verifying your email to enable password recovery and ensure you receive important notifications.
