Detailed explanation of all performance metrics tracked in Airmail Drag.
Per-Round Metrics (PPR/OPR/DPR)
PPR - Points Per Round
What it measures: Your average scoring output per round played.
Formula: Total Points Scored ÷ Total Rounds Played
Interpretation: Higher is better. A PPR of 4+ is considered very good. Top players often average 5-7 PPR.
OPR - Opponent Points Per Round
What it measures: How many points opponents score against you per round.
Formula: Total Points Conceded ÷ Total Rounds Played
Interpretation: Lower is better. This reflects your defensive ability and how much pressure you put on opponents.
DPR - Differential Per Round
What it measures: Your net scoring advantage per round.
Formula: PPR - OPR
Interpretation: Positive means you outscore opponents on average. This is the best single indicator of overall performance.
Why DPR Matters
DPR accounts for both your offense (PPR) and defense (OPR). A player with 4 PPR and 2 OPR (DPR +2) is performing better than one with 5 PPR and 4 OPR (DPR +1).
Bag Accuracy Metrics
In% (Bags In Percentage)
Formula: Bags In Hole ÷ Total Bags Thrown × 100
Interpretation: Percentage of bags that went in the hole. Pro players typically achieve 25-40%.
On% (Bags On Percentage)
Formula: Bags On Board ÷ Total Bags Thrown × 100
Interpretation: Percentage of bags that landed on the board (but didn't go in). Consistent players minimize misses.
Off% (Bags Off Percentage)
Formula: Bags Off ÷ Total Bags Thrown × 100
Interpretation: Percentage of bags that missed the board entirely. Lower is better - aim for under 20%.
The 100% Rule
In% + On% + Off% always equals 100%. These three metrics account for every bag you throw.
Game/Match Metrics
Wins / Losses
Total games won and lost.
Win Percentage
Formula: Wins ÷ (Wins + Losses) × 100
Win Streak
Current consecutive wins. Resets to 0 after a loss.
Best Win Streak
Longest consecutive win streak achieved.
Loss Streak
Current consecutive losses. Resets to 0 after a win.
Counting Statistics
Total Games
Number of games played.
Total Rounds
Total rounds played across all games.
Total Bags
Total bags thrown.
Total Points
Total points scored.
4-Baggers
Rounds where all 4 bags went in the hole.
Statistics by Context
Profile Statistics
Your profile shows career totals and averages across all games - tournaments, practice, and rival games.
Tournament Statistics
Tournament-specific stats show your performance within that single tournament, useful for comparing against other participants.
Practice Statistics
Solo games and rival games have their own statistics, allowing you to track improvement in practice settings.
